Terms and Conditions for Indriya Gift Voucher

  • Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before availing the Indriya Gift Voucher (“Offer”) organized by Shopsense Retail Technologies Limited (“Company”) under the licensing arrangement with Nexus Select Trust (“Nexus”), in association with Indriya Jewellery (“Indriya”) on www.nexus247.in/ ("Website") including the related mobile site (if any) (collectively called “Platform”). . By participating in this Offer, the eligible user (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and acknowledges that they satisfy all eligibility requirements set out below.

      Offer Details

    • 1.

      Offer Description: The Participant who records the highest total purchase value on the Platform during the Offer Period shall be eligible to receive an Indriya Gift Voucher worth INR 7,500/-.

    • 2.

      Offer Period: The Offer is valid for purchases made on the Platform from October 2, 2025 to October 25, 2025 (“Offer Period”).

    • 3.

      Total Vouchers and Distribution Schedule: A total of 24 (twenty-four) Gift Vouchers shall be issued under this Offer. One voucher will be awarded each day to the highest shopper on the Platform during the period October 2, 2025 to October 25, 2025.

    • The Gift Vouchers will be distributed in four tranches as follows:(a) Winners for purchases made between October 2 to October 8 will receive their Gift Voucher by October 10, valid until October 24. (b) Winners for purchases made between October 9 to October 15 will receive their Gift Voucher by October 17, valid until October 31. (c) Winners for purchases made between October 16 to October 22 will receive their Gift Voucher by October 24, valid until November 7. (d) Winners for purchases made between October 23 to October 25 will receive their Gift Voucher by October 27, valid until November 10.

      Notification to Winner: The Participant identified as the highest shopper on the Platform during the Offer Period (based on the above tranches) will receive a WhatsApp message and a confirmation call on their registered mobile number from the Indriya team, confirming that they have won the Gift Voucher.

    • 5.

      Redemption of Gift Voucher: The winner must present the WhatsApp message at the Indriya Jewellery store located at Nexus Seawoods Mall, Navi Mumbai to claim the Gift Voucher. Upon verification, the Participant will be issued the physical Gift Voucher by Indriya staff at the store. The Gift Voucher entitles the Participant to an INR 7,500/- discount on a minimum jewellery purchase of INR 50,000/- in a single bill. The Gift Voucher is valid for 15 days from the date of issuance. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

    • (Note* For the purpose of these Terms, “Gift Voucher” means a promotional discount instrument issued by Indriya Jewellery, enabling the bearer to avail of the specified discount on eligible purchases, subject to the applicable terms below.)

    • II.

      Gift Voucher Terms

    • 1.

      The Gift Voucher is valid on all jewellery categories, except Gold and Silver Coins and Vedhni products, at Indriya Jewellery showrooms in India.

    • 2.

      The Gift Voucher shall be activated and redeemed only through a One-Time Password (OTP) generated by Indriya staff at the time of billing. The OTP shall be shared only with the mobile number registered under the winning Participant’s name.

    • 3.

      The Gift Voucher is valid for one-time redemption only and cannot be used for multiple transactions or split across purchases.

    • 4.

      The Gift Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-encashable.

    • 5.

      Once redeemed, whether partially or fully, the Gift Voucher shall be deemed fully utilized.

    • 6.

      Lost, stolen, or misplaced Gift Vouchers will not be replaced, reissued, or compensated in any form.

    • 7.

      The Gift Voucher cannot be combined with any other ongoing offer, discount, or promotion available at Indriya Jewellery.

    • 8.

      All purchases made under this Offer are subject to Indriya’s applicable policies, terms, and conditions prevailing at the time of redemption.

    • 9.

      For redemption-related assistance, Participants may contact Indriya Customer Support at 1800-210-8383.

    • III

      General Terms

    • 1.

      The Offer is valid only for users registered on the Platform during the Offer Period.

    • 2.

      The Offer and issuance of the Gift Voucher are subject to verification and audit by the Company and Nexus. The decision of the Company regarding the winner shall be final and binding on all Participants.

    • 3.

      The Company shall not be responsible or liable for: (a) Any incorrect or incomplete Participant information. (b) Delay or non-receipt of WhatsApp messages due to network, server, or technical issues; (c) Failure to redeem the Gift Voucher within the validity period; (d) Force majeure events or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

    • 4.

      The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Offer or any part thereof at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

    • 5.

      The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse or breach of these Terms.

    • 6.

      These Terms are supplemental to, and shall be read in conjunction with, the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Platform available on the Platform. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of all such terms.

    • 7.

      These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising under or in connection with this Offer.
