Cancellation & Refund Policy

The website https://nexus247.in/ (“Website”) including the related mobile application (if any) (collectively called the “Platform”) is maintained, managed and operated by Shopsense Retail Technologies Limited ( “we”, “us” or “our”). The Platform is an e-commerce marketplace, where sellers who are occupants within the physical shopping malls in India under the brand name “Nexus” (each, a “Seller”) sell or offer for sale of their products (“Products”) on the Platform for the users of the Platform (“User(s)”, “your” or “you”). We aim to provide the best customer experience to our Users beginning from placing an order to initiating a cancellation of their order and issuance of refund. While transacting on the Platform, you can expect a hassle-free experience in cancelling the order of your Product(s) and issuance of refund, and can rely on us as your preferred shopping destination. This cancellation and refund policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms of Use, read along with other policies as available on the Platform, sets out our procedures and policies in accepting Product(s) cancellation and refund thereof.

    APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

    By agreeing to use the Platform and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy every time you visit the Platform. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use, access or transact on the Platform.

    Please note that we may from time to time modify the terms of this Policy that govern your cancellation and/or issuance of refund of Product(s) purchased on the Platform. Every time you wish to use the Platform, please check this Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

    Please note that we do not provide any warranty and guarantee on the Product(s). In case of any warranty and guarantee provided by the Seller, if any, the same shall be reflected on the product detail page under each Product on the Platform

    TERMS FOR CANCELLATION AND REFUND

  • (a)

    You can cancel the order prior to the dispatch of Product(s) by us. However, once the Product(s) have been dispatched, and you want to cancel the order, you may reach out to customer support and request for order cancellation. We would try to avoid making an attempt for delivery. However, in case the courier still attempts the delivery, you may reject to accept the delivery of the shipment. Refund for prepaid orders will be processed in the original mode of payment upon receipt of the Product(s) by us or the Seller.

    You can cancel orders for Product(s) in either of the below ways;

    Upon confirmation of the cancellation request by us, the amount if any, already paid and claimed as the refund will be refunded to you within 15 (fifteen) working days depending upon the mode of payment chosen by you.

  • (d)

    Please note, we do not make any cash refunds. Please note at times banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact our customer support team at [email protected] or by using the ‘Chat with Us’ or ‘Raise a Ticket’ option on the Platform, and we will gladly help you.

    Please note, You cannot cancel or seek refund of any Product(s) purchased in any specific sale offers offered on the Platform (You are advised to read the respective offer terms and conditions carefully for further details). Further, refund does not include any amount paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time. We will not refund any loyalty points, reward points used towards such cancelled order.

    Exchange: Currently, the Platform does not have exchange policy.
