Return Policy

The website www.nexus247.in ("Website") including the related mobile site and mobile application "Nexus247" (collectively called the "Platform") are operated by Shopsense Retail Technologies Limited [CIN: U52100MH2012PLC236314] ("Fynd", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at 1st Floor, WeWork Vijay Diamond, Opp. SBI Branch, Cross Road B, Ajit Nagar, Kondivita, Andheri East, Mumbai 400093, which is a subsidiary of Reliance Retail Ventures Limited.

For the purpose of these terms herein, the Platform is an ecommerce marketplace where various third party sellers (each a "Seller") list their products in categories such as lifestyle, fashion, grocery, electronics, cosmetics, apparel, etc. for sale ("Product(s)") to users of the Platform ("User(s)", "your" or "you").

This Return Policy ("Policy"), together with the Terms of Use, sets out our procedures and policies for accepting returns of Product(s).

Applicability of Policy
1.1
By using the Platform and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s), you agree to be bound by this Policy without modification. If you do not agree, please do not transact on the Platform.
1.2
We may change this Policy from time to time. Whenever you use the Platform or initiate a return, please review the current Policy.
1.3
We do not provide any warranty on the Product(s). Any warranty or guarantee provided by the Seller will be reflected on the Product detail page.

Terms for Return of Products
2.1
Return of Product(s)
(a)
You may request a return if within 7 (seven) days from delivery any of the following apply:

The Product is damaged or defective;
The shipping package and/or Product have sustained damage;
The Product is of bad quality;
Parts or accessories are missing;
The Product received differs from the description provided ("Non-Compliant Product").

(b)
To initiate a return, contact us at care@nexus247.in or via the "Chat with Us" or "Raise a Ticket" options. We may verify the issue via images or an inspection visit. Upon verification, we will accept or reject the return at our sole discretion.

2.2
Conditions for Return Acceptance Your return will be processed only if all of the following conditions are met:
1.
The Product has not been worn, cleaned or tampered with.
2.
The Product is unaltered (unless due to vendor defect).
3.
The return request is against the original order and account, and serial numbers/barcodes match our records.
4.
There are no foul odours, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damage.
5.
If bought as a set, the entire set is returned.
6.
The Product is in unused, unwashed, saleable condition.
7.
Any gifts received are returned along with the Product.

We will not accept returns if:

You ordered the wrong model, colour or item;
The Product is in a Non-Returnable category (see clause 2.4);
You failed to request a return within the Return Period;
Damage is due to your misuse, modification or depreciation.

2.3
Non-Returnable Product(s) include:
(i)
Any Product category listed as Non-Returnable under clause 2.4.
(ii)
Products explicitly marked "Non-Returnable" by the Seller on the Product page.
(iii)
Products sold under specific sale offers where terms specify non-returnable items.

Non-Returnable Categories

Fashion – Clothing: Beachwear, bikinis, swimwear, etc.
Fashion – Lingerie & Innerwear: Panties, shapewear, boxers, etc.
Fashion – Accessories: Jewellery, hats, belts, scarves, watches, etc.
Beauty & Personal Care: Cosmetics, skincare, personal hygiene items, etc.
Home & Living: Linens, décor, furniture, etc.
Toys & Games: All toy categories.
Baby Care & Kids Essentials: Bedding, feeding accessories, etc.

All categories listed above are non-returnable.

Products purchased under specific sale offers are non-returnable (refer to offer terms).
2.6
Return pick-up is arranged via our reverse-logistics partners within serviceable PIN codes.
2.7
If a pick-up attempt fails, you may reschedule via care@nexus247.in or chat/ticket.
2.8
Refunds for Returns
(a)
On acceptance of a return, refunds are processed within 15 business days from request date.
(b)
No refunds for Products under non-returnable sale offers.
(c)
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.
(d)
Shipping charges and Nexus247 points used are non-refundable.
